Joshua, born in 1973, holds a master degree in Finance from Chinese University Of Hong Kong.  He has17 years of experience working for multinationals across the manufacturing, Telecommunication, education and commodity trading sectors.  His career includes manager at international CPA firm, US multinationals and some local Pre-IPO private companies. He has combined experience of internal control and corporate governance, risk management, M&A and Hong Kong capital markets.

- Have over 19 year’s practical experience in audit, tax, accounting and consulting with prominent companies, including 7 years with management responsibility and major focus on Asia financial plans, forecasts, and analysis of operation results for the WFOEs established in China, IT telecommunication company in China

- Experience for the HK listed company and attend & lead whole process for the reverse take over

- Have sound skill of strategic solution related to set up a new facility and manage it in its start up and continues operation phases

- Wide knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP, HK GAAP and internal control to meet requirement for going public

- Have experience on due diligence and strong for recommend internal control improvements as well

- Help to implement BPCS, SAP for Asia facilities, familiar with Hyperion, OLAP, Quickview etc financial analysis tools

- Good international exposure and strong impact and influence to people as a powerful communicator. Have been 6 different countries and regions for business proposes communication / co-ordination globally with internal organization including but not limit to Germany, American and Mexico finance organization and externally auditors, agencies for importation, custom clearance, government authorities and the outside public

- Strong audit background both from reputable international accounting firm and coordinate with external big 4 related company internal audit affairs and audit process

- Insight and strategic view on Asia business development

- Progressively increasing levels of responsibilities on logistics trading, operation, costing and manufacturing

- Good supervisory skill, strong at lead a team to achieve goals and keep healthy atmosphere of team work
